June Hayes
Harrisburg Medical Center, Inc.


June is the CFO of Harrisburg Medical Center, a 77 bed (30 of which are behavior health) sole community hospital in rural southern Illinois. She has been a Chief Financial Officer of several health care organizations for 30 years, including primary care, FQHC, and rural health clinics, outpatient behavior health services (mental health and substance abuse recovery services) and now in the hospital setting.

Michael Hedrick
Rogers Behavioral Health System, Inc.


Mr. Hedrick has been providing growth-oriented firms with business and financial leadership for over 25 years. In his position as Chief Financial Officer with Rogers Behavioral Health System, Inc., he is responsible for financial strategy, capital resources, information systems and investment management. Prior to joining Rogers, his professional experience included strategic financial planning, capital raising, financial system integration, merger & acquisitions and financial due diligence. Additionally, Hedrick has expertise in leading organizational change, board education and governance. 

Steve Huser
Aurora Health Care, Inc.

 


Steve Huser joined Aurora Health Care as vice president of treasury on June 27, 2011. In this role he provides strategic direction for system wide treasury services functions, including debt and alternative financing, banking relationships, cash management, investment of pension and operating funds, and insurance. Prior to joining Aurora, Steve was treasury manager of MillerCoors, formerly the Miller Brewing Company, in Milwaukee, where he played key roles in business process re-engineering, financial risk management and strategic planning. 

John Kraft
Pulaski Memorial Hospital

 


John has been in healthcare finance for over 36 years in hospitals from 25 beds to 703 beds. He has been a small hospital CFO for 10 years and have been at Pulaski Memorial Hospital as the CFO for just over a year. John has been a member of HFMA for 30+ years with chapters in Indiana and Illinois, is currently a Board member of the Indiana Pressler Memorial Chapter, on the Council on Finance for the Indiana Hospital Association, and a member of the Indiana Rural Hospital Association.
